A typed letter signed by Anthony Montague Browne who became Private Secretary to Sir Winston Churchill in 1952 and stayed with him until Churchill's death in 1965
The letter is headed with the address of 28 Hyde Park Gate and is dated 24 May, 1958. The letter reads in full:
"Dear Mr Reynolds, Sir Winston Churchill has asked me to express to you his warm thanks for your thought in sending him the most interesting paper on the proposal for establishing Institutes of Science. Sir Winston asks me to add his personal good wishes to you. Yours sincerely,"
