Cycling Autographs

Over the last twenty five years professional road and track cycling has been transformed from a niche sport in the United Kingdom to a national obsession. Autographs and signed photos of the stars of the sport are now keenly sought. Chris Boardman is often credited with providing the catalyst through his triumphs at the 1992 Olympics, his achievements in the Tour de France and breaking the world hour record. Chris Hoy and Victoria Pendleton followed with victories galore on the track and were followed by Mark Cavendish and Bradley Wiggins. The latter took the sport to a new level of interest when he became the first Briton to win the Tour de France followed by Chris Froome in 2013. The Grand Depart of the 2014 Tour took place in Yorkshire with a record 2.5 million people lining the route and proving beyond doubt how popular the sport has become
