Sarah, Duchess of York Autograph Signed Letter - a very poignant handwritten letter by Sarah, Duchess of York to a man with terminal cancer.  The note is dated 1.2.92 and features a delightful original photo (taken by Prince Andrew) of Princess Beatrice on a pony

The note reads in full:

"Dear Bob, Please keep strong. God is with you and will make sure you have a strong will. Everybody says you are so brave and fight on. We are all out here, rather you are out there - I am in here! rooting for your strength. Luckily you have a bring close family with you.  Bob, as each day goes by we are closer to finding medical cures and help. We must all fight on to once and for all alleviate all your and peoples' suffering. With so much love and strength, Sarah"

The letter is accompanied by a Buckingham Palace envelope addressed and initialed by the Duchess and stamped 4. Feb.1982
