Arthur Balfour Autograph Letter Signed - a letter dictated and signed by Arthur Balfour during his time as British Prime Minister.  The letter is on 10 Downing Street headed notepaper and is dated May 5th 1904. It reads in full - "Dear Mr Grittan, I will take care the the observations in your letter of yesterday are duly communicated to the Home Secretary, who will, I need hardly say, give them the most careful attention.
